Qualifying Life Event (QLE)

You may qualify for a special enrollment (enrollment outside of the open enrollment period) if you have recently experienced a Qualifying Life Event (QLE). QLEs include, but are not limited to: Marriage, Birth or Adoption of a Child, Divorce, Move to a New Service Area, or Loss of Other Coverage. You must report a QLE and select a plan within 60 days of the QLE event taking place. Additional documentation may be needed to verify the QLE.
