The Silver State Health Insurance Exchange is seeking a Health Resource Analyst 2 based in Carson City, Nevada.
This position serves as the primary point of contact for data analysis and reporting, supporting internal and external stakeholders through statistical reporting, metrics, visualizations, and policy analysis related to Exchange operations and healthcare programs.
The role will support reporting for leadership, state and federal partners, the Legislature, and other key stakeholders, while helping analyze healthcare trends, regulatory impacts, and program performance.
Business Process Analyst 1
The Silver State Health Insurance Exchange, which operates Nevada Health Link, is seeking a Business Process Analyst I. Under the direction of the Business Process Analyst II, this position supports the day-to-day reconciliation of technical system data between the Exchange, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), and health insurance carriers to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
This role is responsible for researching and resolving data discrepancies, analyzing inbound and outbound data, supporting regulatory reporting requirements, and collaborating with internal and external partners to improve business processes and system solutions. The position also works closely with IT teams to implement data transfers, define user requirements, and conduct quality assurance through data verification and reconciliation.
Program Officer 1
The Silver State Health Insurance Exchange, based in Carson City, is seeking a Program Officer I – Consumer Assistance Support Specialist. This position serves as the primary support resource for consumers, carriers, and brokers, while acting as the subject matter expert for the contracted consumer assistance call center.
Under the direction of the Management Analyst III, this role oversees consumer assistance operations, including developing policies and procedures, interpreting complex program rules, resolving escalated complaints and disputes, and providing training and technical assistance to call center staff. The position also manages process improvements and ensures staff and the public clearly understand requirements related to enrollment through Nevada Health Link.
