Centennial Hills Hospital Fall Community Health Fair

Join Centennial Hills Hospital for our Annual Fall Community Health Fair. Fun for the kids and informative for adults, the fair will have a variety of activities, such as no-cost screenings, health and wellness information, a raffle and more!
Arrive early – the first 100 attendees receive a free gift!
Event activities will include:
- Complimentary health screenings
- Demonstration of da Vinci 5® robotic surgical system
- Meet hospital staff and physicians
- Health and wellness information
- Balloon artist and face painters for kids
- Raffle and refreshment
