Halloween Safe Night is free and open to the public, sponsored by the city of Las Vegas, Clark County Parks & Recreation, Democracy Prep Academy, Sunrise Children’s Foundation, Masterpiece Barbershop, One Luv Car Club, Councilman Cedric Crear, Commissioner William McCurdy, and other community partners.
