CACs will also be able to help people enroll in QHPs on NevadaHealthLink.com. They will be certified the same way as Navigators and Enrollment Assisters through the Nevada Division of Insurance, and will be appointed by Nevada Health Link. Like Enrollment Assisters, they will be able to sit down with people, one-on-one, to help them enroll.
