Come visit the Nevada Health Link booth to find out more information about your health insurance options and 2017 open enrollment.

Services Include: glucose (finger stick), weight, blood pressure, vision, foot revision,  tobacco prevention, educational materials, diabetes resources in our community, incentives and a big ruffle. Celebrando Tú Salud is a FREE SMOKE EVENT. The event is completely free of charge. For Individuals with type 2 diabetes or have high levels results of glucose on that day, the Unión Contra la Diabetes is offering  low cost visit and the Southern Nevada Health District will give them a card to participate in Care4life free online program.
