The Downtown Business Association’s Snowflake Festival returns to Elko, Saturday, December 10, 2016. The festivities begin at 12pm in the heart of Downtown Elko. This year’s event includes Santa’s Workshop, the Cocoa Cottage, train rides, food, live entertainment, and more.
